ReplyDeleteRecently my doctor suggested me to include more seeds like flaxseed, chia seed, sunflower and pumpkin seeds in my diet to regulate my blood sugar ( I have type 1 diabetes) and also to maintain my bone health as I am heading to 50. I Recently made laddoos of these seeds together ( without sugar) and I am having one every evening. Trust me, I can feel the improvement in my overall health.
