ReplyDeleteI add walnuts regularly to my diet. I am a diabetic and it's recommended by my dietician. I remember my grandfather saying that walnut has a shape resembling our Brain and it's a good food for boosting our brain's activities. It's calorie dense but doesn't cause obesity as it's full of healthy fat.
