ReplyDeleteCoconut water has a natural sweet taste. And so there was this myth that it's not good for diabetics and may spike your blood sugar. I am a diabetic. But I make sure that I consume 2_3 tender coconut drink in a week to bring on all the other benefits that it has. Moderation in consumption is the key to regulate your blood sugar. It's also very good for skin as it is hydrating and pumps up all the nutrients for a radiant skin.
ReplyDeleteEveryday I see people selling Coconuts and that pure white water from it. People drink it seriously and I just didn't know how effective the water was to human health. With liver as my main target, I think I will start using it.
